Current owner-test mode: FAKE / deterministic / offline (cost $0)
- ✅ All AI runs use the fake deterministic provider — no external network call, no token spend.
- 🛑 Evidence file content is never sent to any AI provider (no raw bytes / OCR / PDF text).
- 🛑 Public launch disabled · public AI disabled.
Do NOT run live AI during Owner Real Test
- OpenAI / Anthropic may be configured server-side, but a live call must not be made in this test.
- The Live Canary is a real provider call. Keep it untouched until a separate owner-approved live-AI gate is run.
